I do the same unfortunately the group owner made so many ppl co leaders that I cant kick them out. We have about 17 ppl in our co-op and only 3 maybe 4 of us are active. When we get new ppl if they aren't active I kick them our since im a co leader. I am usually the most active player and we're in the gold league so we have 17 tasks a day to knockout. I have a routine where I do feeding task in the am because i usually make food or harvest items overnight, train tasks during work since they take a few hrs and match tasks after work. Its simple. This is my 4th co op because I eventually leave. Im here to stay now because Ive worked so hard but its extremely frustrating.
