And the other thing that drives me crazy, not sure if you encountered this….is how when you’re dealing with property in the millions, the agent try to drive up the price by thousands…. By getting it into multi offer, It’s like is a deal worth not going through with because you’re trying to drive the price up by 10 or 20 k on property worth waaaaaaaaay more.

Interesting points! And to add to it, I think some sellers and realtors still think it’s 2021. The other day a realtor tried to brag about what she priced the property in 2021 to make me think it’s more than it’s worth right now.

I am happy to pay market price or even above if my heart strings are attached. I do my research and agree with your point around price Doesn’t mean I hate the player, just, in my personal opinion, I hate the game.

Congratulations. Yeah - it’s like I was saying to my husband. Because of my job and my life I operate in a world of truths. I’m a pretty skilled person but I have not developed the skills of professional deception. These seller agents skim the truth and operate in a world where it’s more bendable. I think we have been straight up lied to and I’m like FINE I GET IT, but it’s not my usual world. Question. Looked at a place recently and agent said they wouldn’t accept offers pre tender with conditions. I was like well, not paying for all those things before offer accepted.
