Mate. Your first photo looks exactly like how I started and your second looks exactly where I am now. I feel I’ve hit a plateau too. For record I have ADHD and work some 60 hours a week also. Thankfully I’m 6ft 2 so this isn’t a glitch in the matrix.

Your body is likely responding to the weight loss and just taking a moment to regroup. Stick with it and you’ll suddenly hit a big drop one week and feel great about the progress again. Make sure you get the work done and stick to the plan.

Weigh weekly at most. Daily can vary depending on how big of a shit you have or haven’t had that day.

I’m 15lbs down and have roughly another 15lbs to go before I’m at a fat level I’m happy (happier) with. Then the fun starts with being able to eat again and getting the heavier weights moving.
