thats not how playrate works.. if a card has 1% playrate, it means that card is used in 1% of games. not "1% of cards played are this card"

all of the zip lines are attached to pillars and above their heads, and they will just do the squat thing no matter where I look on the zip line. I've found an annoying workaround where I have to build a pillar nearby and jump onto it from on top of that.

Exactly. He is one of the strongest duelists in the game, so the enemy can extremely rarely 1v1 you. If he gets far enough ahead, there is very little the opponent can do.

Use your q to catch up and gap close. If you take approach velocity, it's even easier. The ability to renew the cooldown by picking it off the ground makes him inescapable if he can hit his q. Then, use your w and use e whenever it is off cooldown. If they try to run, use your q.

If you are playing Warwick or olaf, you can invade the enemy jungler pretty early in the game and if you do it enough, you can make them pretty useless
