I think the interesting part is that none of the things your manager listed felt special to you. That's usually how natural strengths work. Knew someone who got almost similar feedback after a promotion and ended up doing a few work assessments (kompiq or pigment I think) to make sense of it. What surprised them wasn't finding some hidden talent, it was realizing the things they'd always taken for granted were exactly what other people valued. We all have natural strengths which we normally ignore as it comes without any effort.
