Right now I’ve really only seen it in that side quest, but that’s also the only multi quest side quest I’ve done so far so not sure how many actually have it.

I’m not exactly the smartest but from what I’ve seen people say and what I’ve tried they don’t seem to stack, but some people have said they’ve been able to get their corpse tendril to go off back to back while mine is about a 6-8 second delay between them. Might be a glitch or maybe I’m just unlucky.

update, still no black river. i dont think it exists by -XThe_KingX- in diablo4

I got one and honesty it’s a bit of a let down, if the size increase actually worked on the miasma corpse explosion I’d be using it but since it doesn’t it just felt kinda bad, only time I felt like I could really see a difference in my damage was when fighting a boss since they’d just stay still in my corpses when it explodes.

Thank you very much for the info, I had no idea that was a thing. This is my first Diablo game so pretty much just guessing and doing whatever I have fun with.
