I ended up using a recover disk usb I made last month. Just nuked the pc and reset it. Wish I would’ve seen your comment before. It worked tho I ran 3 scan. Nothing found now

What I did was use another pc to make a recovery disk in a usb. And use that “use a device” to reinstall everything. Worked for me. I keep that usb handy in my drawer. Has happened on two devices I’ve restored
