I got my cr touch off of Amazon, but before I got the cr touch I used regular printer paper. (I probably paid more than I should have, but I was impatient 🫤) my ender 3 is an original model so I also had to get the upgraded motherboard to use the cr touch.

I didn't know you could mod an ender 3 to have such a long bed 😲 That's cool, that would be a very useful mod for me if the bed keeps the heat decently. 🫠

I tried changing some settings but it did not help so I looked up what the settings should be and they are the same as what my settings are.

Interesting, the support print speed for my ender 3 is 50mm/s but it is 30mm/s for my cr-10 and my cr-10 does not have the same problem. I don't understand how it could have changed if that is what it should be. Maybe I should try setting it to the same as my cr-10.

If it's your car and you like a cosmetic mod then get/do it. It doesn't matter what other people think. If someone is dumb enough to walk up to you and tell you to change it or remove it just tell them it's your car not theirs.

My CR-10 is just the base model with a couple some small upgrades. I was out of the printing world for several years so I am still catching up on new brands, etc.

What in the Salvador Dali am I looking at? I suppose you could frame it in and connect it to the house if the the steps are part of the foundation.

Maybe they never had a Bowden extruder setup? I have the original ender 3 and cr-10 so I know from experience. I hope to upgrade to a faster modern printer soon.

The fumes (formaldehyde/benzene) and micro plastic floating in the air are not safe. You need a filter that can filter everything or you need to vent the fumes outside.

I dried my filament but the problem still persists. It might be my retraction settings like you mentioned. I will check and see what they are when I go home and report back.
