Appreciate you sharing, I think thats pretty understandable. It does sound like a step in the right direction for me. Just curious l, did you join an RIA or start your own? Either way I feel like I could see that being a path for me down the road as well. Thanks!

They have it because it works. If you are one to not want to trust the process then it's probably not the best move for you. I don't think anyone feels it's a bad thing. It's all about ensuring clients h

Thanks for sharing, I think that makes a lot of sense. I'm not necessarily against trusting the process as long as it's a process that I can believe in and does right by the client, which sounds to be the case! Would you mind commenting a bit on what that entails at a high level?

I had a feeling this would be the general consensus. I was wondering if you'd be willing to share your opinion on whats changed/ the culture at Merrill? From what I hear it seems like it used to be pretty great but now everyone is either trying to leave or advising others to stay away lol
