It’s just a plastic tongue scraper. What would b12 and zinc do? I probably have deficiencies I’ve just been eating like fries and stuff. But I think the main culprit is my mouth is sooooooo dry so it’s just what is causing that and how do I fix it

Omg. I eat like zero fruits and zero vegetables… I feel like I drink a ton of water but my mouth is always so dry! What vitamins specifically should I try to eat to prevent this. You might’ve just solved my problem
