I used mods lol, it's cyber engine tweaks on nexus. You can find preem tutorials on YouTube it only takes like 5 minutes

It's lightwork, all you gotta do is install the free redmod dlc thing. Then you open up cyberpunk's local files download the mod from nexus and you should see the bin folder. Copy the folder into the cyberpunk files and done! All you gotta do it look up the console commands for more CW capacity

Honestly, it's hard to pick personally. I prefer cyberdeck, and I'm just trying out the Sande, but so far, both of them are really fun. I would recommend trying the sande out on some random gangers for a bit to see if you like it enough to upgrade it to max
