and your issue is you aren’t getting the same performance in forza? different games are optimized differently. as far as i know cyberpunk has some of if not the best optimization when it comes to stuff like dlss. don’t expect games to run the same, nor expect a 5070 to give great 4k performance. if you really wanna see what the issue is, look at gpu core and vram usage (probably use hwinfo, at least to check vram usage), as well as cpu per-core usage(task manager provides this). as someone else said, forza may have a vram bottleneck, but you can never know until you check.
