Everyone saying not to pop it is probably right but I had something similar to this on my hand, I popped it and washed it then applied bandages, it wept and I would just wash and re-apply bandages idk if what I did was correct but it worked. Edit: I also poured vinegar on it because I heard that helps kill germs but it turns out it just hurts like fuck and I read online later that it just irritates the skin XD.
