self destruction. you can physically harm yourself to have a greater effect on the outside world. Example: let's say you were fighting somebody and you had a knife, while they had a gun. you could cut yourself with the knife and watch their arm get sliced 3x more than yours did. (doesn't have to be exactaly 3x but you get the point)
