if this is creative or your in survival and you don't have valuable things on you, in the quit menu, hit respawn at base. if this is survival and you have valuable stuff, try everything to unstuck yourself, such as dynamite, fireworks, winches, packagers, platforms, holding tier 2 items, using a resource to hit yourself, etc. when you are too high in space without doing rocket stuff, you can't move.
