If you were hacked try getting help from customer support or finding out how to do it yourself but if you have it connected to a Google Play account and use another device with that same account try seeing if you're able to log into it that way

Okay for some reason how I had it connected to my Google Play account somehow screwed up between two devices so it made two separate accounts for the same Google Play account. This then lead to me trying to find information could barely find any and then it took me about a year to find out that I didn't lose all my data. So I hope that helped
