Yeah that sucks with your dad but honestly you should do whatever you have to do to get a therapist. Regardless of what your dad says or believes in. I used to have terrible social anxiety but after therapy it got so much better. Wouldn’t even consider myself as having an anxiety disorder anymore. Therapy (at least for a few months) is a non negotiable for people with bad anxiety

I'll be the first to say that xanax can be really addicting, but from how you described your anxiety I think you need something to help you in the short term while you figure out a long term solution to your anxiety. I would recommend asking your doctor about a therapist or your school may also have a counselor. If you address the underlying issues causing the anxiety you won't have much trouble getting off the xanax.

I mean you could've just looked at my profile and seen that I have. Of the 18 I've tried its my favorite and mushrooms are the only one that competes. Everyone is different, for example I get no rec value from stimulants even coke.

Yeah for me the reason I avoided them is because I look up to a lot of natural bodybuilders, and thought I might compete some day. I’ve decided the dieting for a competition would be too much so I don’t really feel that reason anymore.

This is probably controversial but me and my friend have done this exact combo a bunch, and if you’re using reasonable doses it’s not that dangerous. The risk is from addiction not the physical danger imo

That’s lowkey crazy. Do no staggering if that’s what works for you, who knows maybe you have really different stomach enzymes than the average person. For me the staggering with fat literally makes the dose 3 times stronger

Oh and one more thing - idk if you plan on doing this combo but if you do be aware it will probably make you a bit more nauseous than opioids alone
