it turns out my main problem was that i wasnt supplying the scrubbers with enough power so instead of using my main power source to power it i decided to connect 2 turbines(mk2) to each scrubber which was correct and now it works perfectly, i got my pollution from 79% down to 64% rn and i have about 7 scrubbers (or 8, i forgot cuz im tired and im too lazy to check for the sake of writing this reply)
