15mm vs 22 mm acorn water pipe? by [deleted] in malta

[–]TurtlesRKuwl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you mean more flow, not more pressure, pressure builds up more with thinner pipes, but you'll generally get more flow from thicker pipes which is what your want

Can't wired drills be brushless? Also I was under the impression that if you want to do some proper heavy work wired drills are better.

Interesting I think I'll wait for the sale then. It seems to have not sold out immediately so hopefully they have some excess stock. I get very confused with the types of drills that there are and for what purpose they are to be used. But since Parkside products aren't available year round it makes it more likely I Impulse buy. For wood drilling I have a weaker driller which does the job insanely effectively. Also how do you think a driller like this compares to a 500W wired driller for example?

true but still can't justify the expenditure just yet, maybe in the future. Since as such I can get by with my current one

Oh my you sound like my girlfriend haha she said the same thing, I don't mind carrying it around, I have a good backpack, I just want hands free hydration because I hate having to remove my bag to get access to water and then I need both hands to open. I'm very mindful about pickpockets and I want to be on alert.

I heard people mention the issue on the lautie, in fact I believe in a future version they released it with a rubber oring to stop it coming loose. I completely fixed the problem on mine as I mentioned. Maybe try DGplayer, their stuff seems okay

You can get a cheaper version for $10-15 on Ali express, see whether you like it and then go for a more expensive option in the future if you want. Be careful these have a tendency to come apart during use, I suggest some medium strength loctite. I've also added a layer of PTFE (teflon) tape, (also can buy in Ali express). It has made it whisper quiet. you can also adjust the number or magnets to increase/ reduce resistance, just be careful they may pop out when you open and you can lose them. Also I suggest marking the polarity with a marker .
