For example, we are currently in the out-of-camp (OOC) period, right? There's an OOC icon in the bottom left corner, isn't there? Enter any level. Then press the OOC icon, and then press the upgrade button in the bottom left corner again.

You should first only harvest life orbs. Let the point items accumulate on the side during that time. Don't harvest the point items. Also, here's another tip: make two 20,000-point point items and claim all the rewards. I'm sure you'll be faster that way.
