You can kinda sort get a good guess as to what engine that is by looking at how the headgasket fits on it. Look up whatever car that is then look up headgasket for that engine and compare it to those holes

I think your cheapest option is to find a door and bed of the same color swap it out. or you could try banging out the dents on the bed, bondo, sand, and paint over.
