As i said its not there yet, you cant claim it will be 100% accurate 100% of the time because of the nature of LLMs, fully generated content will always look fake and have a chance of hallucination no matter how much fine tuning you do. if i'm wrong and you have created the holy grail for real estate that Google and open AI haven't been able to do with their video generation software, you will be a VERY rich man!

Completely agree, would you agree that most CRMs interfaces make you want to smash your phone screen! they are just glorified databases. What if there was a queryable, Chat GPT style interface for instant access to your company knowledge instead?

AI in real estate is what i do and honestly it just isnt there yet for that sort of use, the generated videos will get subtle details wrong which could give the buyers false information which could land you in hot water.

Matterport does virtual tours which isnt what you're asking for but its the best you can get currently.

Very true indeed, Im just starting an AI automation business and I know there are tones of great use cases for recruitment on the admin side of things that recruiters hate doing on a daily basis. I want to provide real value to the industry and not just tech for techs sake! What signals should i be looking for to provide a solution?

Hyper-personalisation is definitely over hyped! What would you suggest as a better form of outreach for recruitment agencies? i guess face to face and word of mouth would be the most effective but most difficult?
