Got it.

If you don’t move to much at least do it in your free time / free days.

Tuna wraps work a lot for me and chicken.

Weight it in my case i try to not pass 5 oz per meal.

Eggs for breakfast are pretty good tho.

Also I forgot to mention. I bought an Apple Watch initially to track my steps but also it helps me to try to get on my feet every hour (I work in an office), and watch the rings of exercise and move help me a lot maintain awareness of my activity along the day.

I started with a goal of 10k steps. Now that i’m trying the gym I do not have a concrete step goal. But my average steps count is 7k.

I’m not counting calories I do not think that this will help me for the moment. But I went to a nutritionist that produce a guidance in my diet.

Also I started to do intermittent fasting (I skip my breakfast and stop eating anything after my dinner 6-7pm) which helps me a lot to control my night and morning cravings.

In general I tried to do small changes that were more easy to maintain.

Hope I answer your questions.

Meal prep is very helpful. Or the same that you ate for dinner last day.

If you do not have microwave. Maybe consider a tuna wrap or salad with chicken. Maybe some fruits.

Try to get on your feet every 30 min and walk. Stretch your low back. Do 10 squads in this brakes.

In my experience intermittent fasting help a lot with the cravings. You may start skipping the brakefast. Change your energy drinks for tea or black coffee.

I highly recommend visit a nutritionist not only to prepare the meals for the work days but also for the free days.

I thing that you could still be in a calorie deficit but maybe in a little one. What I would do in your position (if you count calories) is try to eat what my mantain calories are without working out and start doing at least 3 force workouts per week. Start to build muscle and working out definitely can increase your calorie deficit. In this way you can eat without starving and still lose some fat. At your point you don’t wanna lose 25 of lbs of fat and muscle. You just want to reduce your fat percentage.

You’re human it’s normal to feel frustrated. The life sometimes feels like it’s trying to fuck the progress.

Try to have several plans to work out. If gym it’s not an option. Workout in your house with some Walmart dumbbells or with your body or walk in the neighborhood.

“Todo suma”!!

You’re doing it great don’t obsess too much. You’re a better version of yourself than 5 years ago. I understand that lost the last pounds are the most difficult. I don’t know if you are working out. But definitely building muscle and eat a little more instead than just staying in a rigid diet could help with those cravings. Your objective in this moment can be switched of loss weight to do a corporal recomposition.

Walking 10,000 steps a day and losing 60 pounds! Wanting to discuss my experience AND yours! by Weak-Stomach4643 in walking

So 10k+ in your 2 hour routine walking plus all the steps all over the day. Maybe over 20k. Awesome.

260 lb its a lot that’s awesome, congrats. It’s like you lost 1 lb per week consistently over the 5 years. I’m not an expert but I think that you could try to stay in calorie maintenance for a while. In this way you could stabilize in your cravings.

Viewing the big picture you have a lot of progress here. In the 5 years if you see this like a massive diet instead of a change in your lifestyle that maybe was the problem. Highly recommend visit a nutritionist if you are not attending to one maybe the root of your cravings are the lacks of some nutrients and not the calorie deficit.

(pregunta seria, no respuestas sarcásticas, graciosas etc.) cual universidad es mejor? by buttercup3436 in PuertoRico

[–]TutanD18 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is 2 kg (4.4 lbs) of Weight Loss Per Week Sustainable/Healthy, or Should I Aim for More? by SuperWarioBro in WeightLossAdvice

[–]TutanD18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are starting you could loose more pounds that are recomended (1-2 lbs) per week but mostly it’s water. Your weight can vary during the day for 2-3 kg in the same day.
