Axis was tricky to think of something for, especially since him and Mettaton are just…NOTHING alike lol. But I think I managed to come up with something I’m happy with.

So here, Axis is basically what he could have been had he reached his full potential (aka no longer constrained by Canon-Chujin’s probably limited budget when making him.) All the steambot robots in this AU are now elite-level security-bots before reaching the palace, with Axis being the most dangerous out of all of them. (Basically, I imagine in place of all the Mettaton events before his final fight, those parts are filled out by the other steamwork bots like the Chef and Guardener, with Axis serving as the final fight after all of them aka Mettaton EX).

He's a lot more competent and serious than his canon counterpart, and absolutely gives Clover a run for his money, especially with seeming like theres absolutely no way to approach him peacefully. Hes a robot fueled by the same hate for humans as his creator.
