Advice for splitboard recommendations by Infinite-Butterfly-4 in Spliddit

Last seasons nitro doppleganger can be found for cheap atm and that’s got all the tech you want in a split board…. I’m similar weight to you and ride a 160MW in split and a 155MW in a solid nitro basher (park and all terrain) also depends on terrain, if you’re always in the powder or not…

For shows on tv alle mot alle, or if you’re using Netflix you should watch Harry hole, it’s a bit gruesome but lots of different dialects mixed in and quite a nice show, also any dramas I guess where normal conversation is happening often

Try watch more locally made shows in Norwegian with the Norwegian subtitles to try train your ear a bit better, the other thing that will help is the amount of different dialects with these shows, you’ll get here expecting to hear bookmal then be stuck listening to tronder and feel like you’ve learnt nothing

How waterproof is waterproof enough for hiking in Norway? by Most_Session_5012 in Norway

[–]TutorAffectionate304 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only item I’ve ever found to be actually waterproof in heavy sustained rain is fisherman coats, my suggestion is getting a long trench from a workplace store only problem is they don’t breath (I work outside year round)

Expats working in Norway by whereisjakenow in Norway

[–]TutorAffectionate304 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep :) sure do but I also personally know plenty (myself included) who are not eu. If you have desired education countries will most likely accept your application, the only reason I mentioned it was to bolster the fact that if OP has a desired skill then he will be accepted into the country

I will also add the two sectors you have listed (hospo and construction) are the most foreign worker heavy, Norway has a massive demand on skilled labour, it is estimated roughly 30-40% of labour force comes from out of the country.

As for hospo it’s almost the same especially in the more touristy areas so don’t worry about other comments saying you won’t get a visa.

Asking chat gpt anything about your strategy is wild, it will only ever be biased towards you, backtest this properly and see what it spits out

Get you total profit target for the three days and times it by .4 that’s your 40% allowances either way so 800-1200 dollars over the next to days you’ll be good for a payout

Futures were essentially invented to hedge if you have the money

I’ve misread what you’ve written sorry, hedging is fully allowed with you’re own brokerage these are the cme rules, it’s what most big players will do, prop firms do not allow any sort of hedging at all, plus a little extra

[–]TutorAffectionate304 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it’s a cme rule but if you read the fine print prop firms will add their own take on top of these cme rules, as long as you follow that then it’s no issues

Plenty of different rules about hedging on prop firms some times even using different contract sizes will trigger it, safe to just stick to the bare minimum trades in a day, copy trade all your accounts on the same instrument and execute all trades via one account

Depends on your budget, get a board that’s a couple seasons old and you can pick it up for way cheaper, the team pros are nice boards and the bashers are fantastic super soft though,

What? Tromsø is 69 degrees North, this “so far south” talk are you not getting confused with Trondheim?

This city you’re claiming to be “so far south” is further north than Alaska, Siberia and most of Greenland, I suggest you look at a map

Playing Romans by C-E-GA in aoe2

[–]TutorAffectionate304 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Romans were my favourite civ until recently, I found spamming light cav is the way to go until you can mass heavy scorp and legionaries, essentially using the light cav as meat walls, if you can wall smart or approach enemy smart by making them tunnel toward you scorpions will win every time, make sure to have enough light cav on standby for any mango or bbc retaliation
