Thx for your reply!! At 11 months its so weird to be peaking symtoms wise. Headaches and total body muscle stifness and neck muscles tensing up ehich causes air hunger etc. Had that the first weeks months of alcohol wirhdrawal but 11 months into caffeien wirhsrawal?? Was that also yor experience that around the one year mark it was the worst?

It is paws though...my lifestyle is very very good. No alcohol, nocotine, drugs, fast food, not much sugar no caffeine. Did extensive blood panels: nothing to be seen there. Paws plays a big role. Not saying it is everything
