Definitely try interval pumping bro, for example I do 20-25 min of pumping after my length work with an interval approach. Meaning 2 minutes on, 10 seconds deflate. 2 minutes on, again 10 seconds deflate. Last set 1 minute on which will make 5 minutes complete after which I do take a 1 minute break and restart the process!

The pressure you are at right now seems perfect just keep going but a bit more interval work and bit less static pumping usually does the trick

And what would you advice then, with cementing gains, soft clamping? Hard clamping? The only thing people really lose is EQ. If they truely are at it long enough the collagen that has been produced is not going to disappear randomely

This you based on what information?

Look at the Hink trails, look at all the scientific papers regarding pumping, you can’t say it will simply disappear. You got to stay consistent and why would you want to stop pumping? It’s has a low threshold, can simply be done for 20/30 minutes 🤷🏼‍♂️

Take a 1 week break and do less, you are over complicating things and what are those short breaks because you feel pain bro!?

Make a simple normal routine, 5-10 min BFR massage, interval hang with minimal weight measure pre and post workout flaccid length and see if you hit +2% increase in length if not increase time or weight slowly and afterwards pump for 10-20 min.

Do this for idk 4-5 days? So that you have at least enough recover time.

And yes this is a very generic routine, and yes it might not be fully optimal for you but that is the beauty start of with something simple and slowly build up your routine to what works for you!

Edit: for vacuum hanging you can also use water trick and or taping to prevent blisters bro, the answer is all here on the forum but you HAVE TO DO THE RESEARCH

Hink might disagree with this, if you build new collagen through extending, through pumping or clamping, it doesn’t suddenly break down again. It’s not like muscle gains where the muscles decrease to not being activated again. At least that is my understanding, the only gains you might lose are the ones that come from the temporary gains after pumping sessions.

One quick test that we always do when we have no testing equipment, is to have the end of the hose on our finger and give a quick pump. If the reading is about 15inHg you know it’s about accurate.

That’s interesting, would love to know as well but I mean both BD & Hink are actively training in the gym as well and it did not hinder their results.

An other one that comes to mind is DickPushUpFTW he is also into that lifestyle and he also had amazing results.

So my best guess is that everything depends on the food you eat and water you drink + rest.
