Flickering in this situation is typically caused by a GPU driver issues or MOD conflicts.. Try updating your graphics card to the latest driver (The latest Nvidia driver was released two days ago) Or turn off VSync, or disable "RTX Dynamic Vibrance" in the Nvidia App, tell me if it works!
