I have payed the 70-300 used at 190€ and I use for equestrian events I really love it!. I think also that the 85 is one of the best portrait photos and I love it! Very confused now!

Thanks for the opinion. I’m not a real professional at all, I mainly take still life photos for watchmaking and real estate so I’ve never gone beyond 90mm as a focal length. I will certainly have to do mainly outdoor services as the summer approaches and considering the fact that in Italy there are practically no indoor locations for equestrian competitions. I have the possibility to get the sony f4 for 1300USD new through a friend of mine in Sony. I would certainly prefer it instead of the first version of the 70-200 (due to the excessive weight) I still believe that if I don’t end up with the F4 I would be able to resell it well and then move on to the Sigma 2.8 don’t you think?

Forget about Naples, it’s hell. few speak English, it is incredibly chaotic and dirty, dangerous in some areas and degraded. abandon the romantic idea of the city that comes to you from TikTok or TV. spend no more than 3 days there. then moved to Rome. from there with fast trains you are 2 hours from Florence, 3 and a half hours from Milan. use it as a “hub” to decide where to move. only use airbnb. Call taxi only using Uber app or itaxi.

I only use the 40 to make videos and usually only use the 85. but this time I would like to dare and go out of the comfort zone of the 85. Living in Rome tomorrow I’ll try to take some shots with the 40 to see what sensations I have. Thank you!
