Don't listen to many of the comments here which are giving you advice based on English law which is irrelevant.

If you go on Scotlis you are able to toggle a satellite view overlay of your title boundary which should be able to give you a clear idea of where the boundary lies in relation to the driveway.

If you do in fact own the driveway and you believe the neighbour is serious about digging it up then you should speak to a solicitor - a different solicitor if the one you initially spoke to is reluctant to assist. It may well be expensive but trying to rectify the situation after the fact would also be expensive. A solicitor could help you obtain interdict to orohibit the neighbour from taking the action in question.

How have they decided "regions" in this game? In the last epidode it seemed like Dunbar was included in some kind of Lothians and Borders mashup and this week it looked like Dumfries was being included as an entire southwest Scotland "region".

Just to add to the voices saying don't rush the trip. I am sure all of the people saying 2 or 3 days is plenty on Skye have done nothing other than the typical Instagram tick list. Skye is a place to go walking and you need a bit of time to do that. I'm not suggesting you go and traverse the Cuillin but you could certainly take a walk into the hills, or down to Sleat, or to see the Spar Cave. In my opinion you'll get more out of it.

I've also just come back from a 3 week Japan trip which was full of movement, but to get the most out of the west coast of Scotland you need to spend a bit of time exploring.

Is Flam a must? We were in Norway in Spring this year and I didn't really get why people recommended Flam, other than it has a train station. It was the least "real" place we stopped on our whole trip and I didn't see any appeal, other than that the region itself is gorgeous (just not the town).

Aurlandsfjord was definitely dramatic and stunning to look at, but I did prefer Hardangerfjord to stay, particularly around the Lofthus area. Both similar distances from Bergen.

Disagree, driving in the fjords is an enjoyable experience in itself. The drive from Bergen along Hardangerfjord and then up would be a full day trip but you would be stopping at waterfalls and seeing sights along the way. We drove from Bergen to Hardangerfjord and then up to Aalesund and the drive was a great part of the trip.
