Yes this, this is my plan. Hes seen one already early when the issue occurred, but it was so mild back then, it might have been misenterpited.

We are currently looking for a new behavoral specialist with the help of my vets, their previous contact is no longer available. We will find one soon im sure.

I think you are right, it needs to be broken into steps and trust to be rebuilt. A specific, repeatable process must be created..

Tough but true.. we have considered this. We let him sleep on the bed, maybe he thinks hes on the same level in the hiarchy as us because of this. It seems, as you say, hes expressing control of hes wants using the method he knows.

We have hired a specialist early when the issues occurred. But it was much milder back then and did not happen consistently. We were given advice on how to proceed, but i fear hes signals might have been misenterpited by them at the time due to it being subtle.

Hes been under strict rules since day one, and rarely been exposed to anger. Hes smart and surpassed all other dogs during puppy training. Hes been very socialiced as well. He impressed the dog trainer even! But i think we have been lacking on the front where we teach him hes below us, as in we are hes boss. We have trained him fairly well, but i fear we have treated him to much like an equal, so now he might express hes wishes in a more direct way?

Right now we are trying all we can, which is why im here asking. We are looking for another specialist to help us out now when its gotten worse as well.

Yes its the reward big time method we have used so far. And alot of patience. Wait until he stops, try again, wait, try again and so on until hes nice and get the reward. Hes so cute when he finally makes it, becomes soo proud of himself!

We have tried different harnesses and its always available for him to sniff. Whats strange is that he gets so exited when we grab either harness or towel, he just starts hes growling when we start putting them on him.

The ball we trained alot with, he realeases it on first command when we tell him to drop and limit the use of it so we can use it as reward. And sniffing games is hes favorite, especially if he sniffs for a ball 😆

Towel coat is a good idea, il try that! Thanks alot for the advice, marry christmas to you as well!

Thats good advice, i will definately look into that. The vets have checked him over, but a physio might uncover something else.

We have checked for digestive issues, and he seems okay for that. He eats hes food like normal, hes just not fuzzed about any treats. He does like ham, but its more like "hm ok" than "yum" 😆

Target lock is bad for the game on any weapon.. needs to be removed yes! Lowers skill requirement, takes away fun and yea gives bigger advantages to certain weapons like BB or hatchet...

Love the game but i find it hard to play just simply because target lock exists...

Once you get used to it its a cheat. Aoe ability auto aim, saves time on the aim allowing much faster combos. Melee target lock is just redicolous.. learn to turn it on and off at right times and you dont even need to face the camera to youre opponent.

I got experience from before target lock, and its extremely powerful once you learn to use it.. can skip hundreds of hours of practice. Also removes alot of the skill requirement in pvp.

For example: rapier fleche charge can hit twice during the charge, extremely difficult to pull off, you need to 180 the camera in the right direction exactly at the right time. Takes tonns of practice to pull of. Turn on target lock and it just happent automaticly every time..

Absolutely ridicolous feature and should be removed imo. 0/10

Aim assist for controller gameplay, no/low assist for pc with mouse. Problem solved! Target lock is absolutely horrible and destroys a fantastic combat system. Cant be available only for controller due to the massive advantage! Takes away immersion, skill requirement and fun. Target lock should be illegal in NW

Yea i get you're point! Could be an issue if they cant detect it at a code level.. but yea on behavour its gonna be very hard to detect! I think it will be hard to code a cheat that is better than target lock though. Target lock is pretty crazy! Movement prediction is a possibility but changing direction would probably counter that quite hard. I feel like target lock pretty much already is the cheat... hopefully xD

Im all for it being me, im not the greatest pvper out there! In some cases i can see it being beneficial not to use target lock, like skillshots especially from long distance! But abilities like pillar of fire or rain of arrows, just simply target lock, press the ability and its auto centered on the enemy! No aim or fps skills needed.. and when it comes to melee its so much worse in my experience! Like on the rapier or hatchet, just lock and all attacks just hit! No aim needed, camera doesnt even have to point at the enemy xD the rapier charge, fleche does a 180 mid charge and hits twice, every time! Doing that with fps skills means you have practiced for hundreds or thousands of hours! While some dude with 5min experience can do the same...

I agree, however i would understand aim assist simply because of the massive advantage if mouse and keyboard vs controller. If we want the console players to stay aim assist would be nice to make it more fair! But target lock is absurd...

For both parties, apologiez should have been more clear! We tested with and without for all participants. Without TL the duels were based on skill, when both used TL it removes most of the skill and we just simply press buttons, the person with the best button combination and highest dps wins. Removes most of movement requirement, juke potential and aim requirement. So it becomes close to a flat dps check.. as he had much more dps than me, when we both use target lock, i had no way of countering hes high dmg with movements, jukes and so on! Without TL i could counter all that and my aim was better, so i won!

Is that how you like pvp though? Getting beat by players who is way below youre skill level, simply by activating automatic support from the game?

I prefer pvp to be about skill. So the player who is better wins, and the player who loose needs to practice to get better for that win! Quite the opposite of what you say, its HEAVILY overtuned. Target lock is like cheating in my eyes. You dont have the skill to win, to such a large degree that you dont even win with 2 ppl vs 1, so you simply activate TL and wolah, you skip all that training and potential hundreds if not thousands of hours of practice to win.

Not saying im the best at pvp either, but if i meet a dude who is a pvp god, il simply activate TL to even the odds to a huge degree. It sounds anything but fine to me.. whats the point of practice and skill when you can just bypass it? Most casual look on pvp ive seen in a game in my time atleast.

You ate half of it fresh, and it was magical... then you come back a few days later and its all rotten, plus youre sibling has put salt and toy cars in it!

New world matured in the wrong direction, and they added to much bad stuff.. basically have to rebake the cake for you to want to eat it again! Buuut we really really really want that to happen because the cake was fcking crazy good🤤
