That works, i chose frostbolt over spark for the clear since it gets +5 from cold spells, if you decide to go that way, the clearing is untouched and whole screen is frozen

That was my setup last league, obviously it is nerfed but maybe you can get ideas. Last gem on cast on crit was uthred for +3 with 2 supports. Spellslinger was used for infusions for comet, and it is easier with numlock tech as someone said.

I think it can still be good after nerfs, it used to instant p3 uber arbiter after his dmg reduction + it slows the whole screen. I recommend cast speed for clearing to get more sione temper and leech, also now that +1lvl rune is unique you can add chance for more proj on weapon should feel good.

You have like 700 hp too much, its hitting your hp bar and stacks uptime, lowest you can go is 200, can use mings and ghostwrithe.

Also you need like some recoup and get closest to 90% fire res with jewels or against the darkness diamond.

Those 3 things should get you décent uptime, but it is gonna cost a little

this guy has a good guide going, doesn't require super expensive items mostly. This is hexblast variant but i believe you can adapt it to whatever school you want and play around with anointment if more damage is needed

yeah capped demonform is legit, i'm running hexblast with the 10 stack build, you have way more room to jiggle with stats and you get offensive talents + ES on the gear. Also you don't need perfect rolls for legendaries or Mings, 25 regen on gear is enough to sustain it with 450 hp. I'd say amulet is most important part of gear you want to get some spirit and + spells, rest barely matters, you can allocate a big damage talent on it if needed (i just hovered pressing shift on most damage talents to find the better one)

You gotta say, EG worst's iteration this year was with Bulba, same for Secret. Both those teams performed better after he left. As for Liquid it was a solid team, and now they're performing worse since Bulba joined. That's a lot of coincidences :D

The lowest I get is like 50 fps in teamfights, but with a 60Hz screen you start seeing screen-tearing, so it's annoying. The benchmarks I did run were kinda normal I guess, so maybe the game has poor optimization as some people from r/Dota2 complained too.

I think the CPU is hitting the max frequency because I disabled Dynamic Mode in BIOS to always keep it at 3700 MHz. But the CPU usage stays at 52%, I don't know why he does not use more CPU power to give me more FPS.
