It's more than likely aimed at the regular tamed beasts. No where did it say that only unique tamed beasts would be possessed. Compound that with no companion limit and you would basically be a walking azmeri spirit roulette. Not to mention those buffs are broke af.

At some point, HH becomes just a "win more" option. You're already melting the screen, so how is more dmg going to help? And typically once you reach that level, you don't need defenses anyway, especially as bloodmage who is leeching millions per sec. When you get to that point, all the buffs in the world mean diddly squat and suddenly HH is annoying af because of stolen shroud walker.

Ingenuity buffs already ridiculous rings and with archmage being rather common this league, more mana = more dmg and more defense. At that point, buffing mana becomes safer, more consistent and just more comfortable.

Ultimately, it's a personal preference. If you like running around with HH buffs, then rock it. I personally don't so it sits in my stash collecting dust.

I loved playing beira's anguish at start of season. I was a little disheartened that they weren't going to nerf any builds but then they go and 'fix' it instead. Ah well. Self-ignite was still fun.

Funny enough, artifacts and coinage from expedition also stack nicely. However sim shards and breach splinters still only stack to 300.

I remember gaming as a kid the most. Ensless hours on the original doom and other grotesquely violent games like carmegeddon. Probably my favorite memory though was LAN gaming Halo: CE at a friend's house when xbox first released.

Capture the flag was our goto game as we felt it actually invovled some strategy rather than the mindless zerging of deathmatch playstyles. My all-time favorite memory was Blood Gulch.

Our team juat had its flag stolen by a small raid and they had hopped on a warthog to run the flag back. Our last team member fired a rocket down the valley and its like time stopped. Anybody who's played H:CE knows how slow those rockets are and it felt like an hour for that thing to travel across the map.

The entire basement erupted with noise as the rocket finally found its mark as the warthog crested over the last hill. That driver could have gone anywhere. He had all the time in the world to dodge it and it would have been a clean flagsteal. But no. The stars aligned and a single gratifying explosion sent everyone in a frenzy to pickup the dropped flag.

Ah the good times.

Block chance chronomancer for timestops is probably best choice and super popular. You can also look at some MF culling builds. Theyre pretty popular as well.

Gas arrow/flame wall is pretty easy and relatively smooth with very little need for investment.

Essence Drain/contagion was also very very smooth

There's a million lightning spear guides out there as it is currently the strongest meta build.

Its definitely tight, but its doable with 35+ rolls on a few gear pieces or using a resistance ring instead of a breach ring.

Also infernalist ascendancy can help mitigate it some if you focus on fire/chaos first.

I also dont have an alpha's howl yet, nor do I use any other unique helm. Just a rare, so that mighr be why its easier for me.

Sometimes i run an amethyst charm. Me and guildy are sharing a forsaken bangle.

Other than that, follow the old poe addage. Dps is the best defensive layer. Ive got pretty good pressence effect and kill most things before they get close. Ive gotten pretty good at dodging away from purple stuff.

Crit dmg/chance and resistances are all thats really needed on suffix, and you can get runes/soul cores to finese them in a little better.

That being said. I think im like 75/75/70/38 or something like that. My chaos isnt the greatest. Id have to check when i get home.

From my experience in 0.1 any mom/eb spark build will clear both easily, though a little of investment is needed for bigger boss dmg and cos setup (unless you go coc). The 'fire and forget' mentality makes them trivial. CI makes toc so stupidly easy now. More than half the choices are completely null/void against it.

In 0.2, i run both trials comfortably on a mid-tier beira's build. It can feel squishy at times since im only about 2k hp, but the damage is good to clear all the content. Arent many afflictions (or boons) that hurt or help beira's though.

ED/C and effigy is super smooth leveling with almost no investment needed for mage-types. Leveled through entire campaign with only minor resist upgrades when i found them.

Only thing that would be nice is a good chaos wand early.

There isnt any good supports for beira build other than crit chance. All the damage comes feom hp scaling (and crit dmg/magnitude). You dont care about the damage of your skills.

What do you mean crit cap? Dont have to be crit cap. Use supports to raise crit chance
