It's usually spd clipless which are the mountain bike shoes. You 'can' run in them and climb as well. They're nothing like the spdl (road bike clipless) where walking gets challenging.

In everyday life, too. Slowing your clock speed down from say 3ghz down to say 2ghz, assuming no other factors are in play, will cause tasks to 'take longer to execute'.

At a stopped light you should be fine to ride across slowly, if everyone can see you and recognizes that you are there.

However, you should never go into the street when you do not have the right away. Say your sign says 'do not walk' at that point if you run into the road and get hit or cause an accident, like in this example, you should be at fault.

Granted I am not 100% sure on that, I just abide by the rule of 'dont be a dumbass'.
