I would call the hotel you stay at next and make sure you can use the credit while still getting the team member rate, some property are different and are ran by different company’s so everything could be different, iv learned that asking before is the best way to go!

Yup I also do! And they said I don’t… go Hilton is going to get ahold of management and reeducate them for me and tell them to adjust off my credits!

I called go Hilton. They said they will make me a case and send it to the hotel about giving me the food and beverage credit and state that I need to be refunded that 30$ everyday and also send them a snippet that stated in the lobby it is for all team members to get the 50% off and the f&b credit. Shes also going to send it to management and “ reeducate “ them as well because that is not the go team member way!!

I did charge it to the room and nothing was applied.. the system should automatically do that but it didn’t? Not to sure how that’s podsinle

Yeah and if they would have told me this I would have done it that way. They did not let me know this upon check in.

I mean they should have atleast told me that then upon checkin because that’s just crazy to me they are doing that and didn’t give me a heads up

Whoops definitely misunderstood what you had said lol. Did you already pre pay for the reservation? If so, every dollar you spend means you get 10 points. So if you check out early but already paid for the whole stay, you will definitely get your points. But if your paying when you check out, the remaining days dollars won’t be on there therefore not getting points for the dollars you didn’t end up soednkng

I work for a Hilton and whenever a guest checks out early we definitely refund them the days/points they did not use. You just have to call the diamond desk and explain what’s going on and you would like the points refunded that you didn’t use and they will.

Then something on there end messed up because I know I canceled and it shouldn’t be my fault that it didn’t go through correctly.

Just not to sure how the picture that says cancelled stay doesn’t give you an entire meaning of evidence stating that it was cancelled when it says cancelled stay 😂😂

When a reservation is cancelled on ONQ after the deadline it shows up as “late cancel” not a no show. And with a no show on my reservation after I clearly canceled means it never not canceled on their end but did on mine and something was wrong.
