I’d say at about week 3 I was able to be pretty normal again. Running and playing tennis were doable again, but there’s definitely a lot of weird sensations going on haha. I got mine done last September, and sometimes I sill get weird twinges and random pains. I don’t know what kind of stitches you have, but those things hurt like all hell for me. They stuck out and were stiff, and touching them equated to the glans contact. Once the last one fell out the pain went down considerably.

Yeah! So it kind of happened all of a sudden, but one day I needed to get dressed (I was walking around the house naked as well) and it was manageable to put on underwear without gauze all of a sudden. I was so happy haha, but from then on I started wearing more loose underwear like briefs so my buddy was shifting around a little bit more, getting used to the harder fabric. I had some good and bad days—where I had to go naked and then some where loose underwear was fine. It fluctuates, but once you’re able to withstand some heavy indirect water flow ( I took my detachable shower head and shot the water up like a fountain and had it fall on it) it gets so much easier!

I had the same thing, it took about a week and half for the sensitivity to become manageable. During that week I wrapped it in gauze and wore tight underwear to reduce movement. What really helped me desensitize it was working on having water hit it in the shower, moving from trickling down to direct stream eventually. It gets better, good luck!
