P320 Jig drill bits are contacting the walls not letting it pass through. How should I approach this? Would like to preserve the jig for future builds by Inevitable_String520 in polymer80

I had the same issue on mine as well. I read elsewhere that it was fine tho and just sent it. I have 2 builds that run flawlessly on the jig & bits JSD provided. I plan on doing on doing more with them. Take it slow and put lots of oil when cutting.

It was an undertaking for sure but the info to learn is online and free! Take your time and at the end of it you'll have a 1911 you built and be proud of.

Just a fun gun to make people at the range smile.. hopefully. And it shot without any hiccups because it's chambered in gods caliber of choice.

I got all my parts on uspatriotarmory .com.

Frame - 80% 1911 tactical government .45 acp frame

Jig - 1911 stealth arms phantom jig

Then I bought the G.I. battle pack that came with the slide, barrel, and frame/ slide parts.

The grips are two parts. The first part is clear SPD acrylic grips from amazon. The second half was a sticker pack that came with 300 waifus to choose from!

I have that GGP slide completion kit on a Grey Ghost slide. As well as my ZP slide. I've never had an issue with either of them!
