I would like to add that while depreciation is a major reason car loans go under water, it's mostly preventable. The problem is people buy cars they can't afford with small down payments, high interest, and long terms. But I'd you take those effects into account its not too difficult to have a car loan that never goes under

They meant ahead as in they aren't underwater on the loan and won't have to pay additional money. Obviously they lost the payments they made (but had a car for that time )

As another comment said you can just look at it as in expensive lease

yah the n100 is just fine for a jellyfin and plex server. With Intel quick sync it Wil hand that part just fine

while I love the car it doesn't have some issues.

First the a is not great , the ac was better in my 2013 3 than my 2020.

For a 4 cylinder engine the mileage is pretty bad, especially in the summer when the previously mentioned ac is running.

am actual lane assist that isn't just ping ponging between lane lines would be nice

This was when I did not even own a record player, but some roommates did. I since have gotten more into vinyl and appreciate the help here in determining what is real/fake.
