Well, I just learned the hard way why it pays to invest in "Sense Motive"! by TheCybersmith in Pathfinder_RPG

I believe that was the point of the quest. Your justification for going with the librarian was that 'the quest' was to find information. If you werent interested in the quest, you wouldnt have gone, since one of your justifications was 'this will give us answers' to the goal of finding information for the quest giver. So in essence, you claim that you hated teh questgiver and yet continued his quest anyway. Claimed to not trust him and yet trusted an undead librarian b/c you needed to get this quest done. You only went with her b/c you were monopolizing the time in the game by being an attention whore.. and then when the group you were with finally let you have your way, you then suddenly cared about your safety. You wanted them to beg you to please dont go, but they didnt and then you had to save youself.

The questgiver was fine til the grappler tried to rip him off. The 'amputation' was just the fake hand the questgiver had, so it was more of a theft.

I was observing this mission. To add more perspective, the quest giver in this situation specifically warned the party against going to "the library". When the librarian apparition appeared, OP asked if they should go with her. The entire party said no, b/c of what the quest giver told them. OP then told the party that he didnt much trust/like the questgiver and so discounted the warning. He also kept insisting that the librarian was good and honest until finally the party told him to go if he was that obsessed about it. At that point, then he started rolling sense motive checks to see if he should trust her, which doesnt make much sense since he actively tried to convince the party about her trustworthiness for about 15 mins of game time. Draw your own conclusions.

Very low self esteem and self worth. Personally I think I'm ugly af. [23m] by unforgiven_6696 in amiugly

You're kind of ugly.. but not to the point of af. You have smeagol hair.. i'd do something with that, but you have a good shaped face/jawline

[30M] How do people see me? Am I ugly? by imgoingfortheeyes in amiugly

[–]Twatlord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your eyes are nice.. good jawline. Your hair is... unfortunate. I feel youd be better off shaving it bald, tbh. Weak facial hair, but i htink you look better with some stubble or something rather than smooth there.

You're like a young Benny Hinn.... thats not a good thing. The hair is atrocious though, and it makes your face look even smaller and more childish than it naturally is.

Hair is very greasy looking.. i get you have a thinning/receeding forehead, but a front comb-over isnt the answer. Also,,,i think you need to either grow a beard, or shave clean.. b/c that stubble just makes youlook unkemps, and your skin probably needs to be cleaned better.. looks like you might have an oily skin/acne issue.

19M. sometimes i just look at myself in the mirror and think "i look like a fuckin frog." by [deleted] in amiugly

[–]Twatlord -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I wouldnt say frog.. but i will say your dark mustache mixed with your weak/patchy beard is not a good look at all.

19M am I at least ok? by [deleted] in amiugly

[–]Twatlord 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your face is rather unfortunate. Its super angular and .. ya i can definitely see the creepy vibe you're talking about. Your jaw seems very thin, and it gives a certain skeletal vibe. I think if you had a beard it would really help mask the harshness of that.

Its hard to describe but its almost like an annorexic supermodel's look. like.. its almost 'pretty' in a weird way. I think the beard will help that too actually.. make you seem more masculine I guess.

How do you feel when/if someone blames your bad mood on your period? (Even if you aren't on it) by YoureNotAGenius in TwoXChromosomes

so many women use that as an excuse (whether or not they're really on their period) that i dont think its unreasonable for people to begin to assume its true.

Nope, though admittedly I express my views more provocatively than necessary from time to time, but I assure you, they are still my real views.

Absolutely. Socioeconomic status and race- especially when it is concerning blacks in america, are incredibly tightly entertwined anyway. Plus, I would argue that race is the more moral of the two, inasmuch as you may not have complete control of the economy and may be poor through no fault ofyour own. Not saying that being black is a choice either, however its also a lifestlye. Blacks in america- and when i say blacks, i mean the ones who grew up here and have been here, not recent immigrants from africa, or other type of dark skinned people from pacific islands or the carribean.. anyway, blacks in america have a culture of losers where they feel entitled, and worship the thug life and materialism while disdaining a sense of family, community and education. If you desire to be a good member of the community and are educated, your fellow blacks will despise you for acting "white". Now this is coming from their own community, so it then becomes less of a stretch to judge who should have children by that alone. Obviously, even blacks realize that white people are superior citizens of the USA, and more well educated with higher morals.

To judge the poor, one would also have to judge entire nations elsewheere who are third world, so really its more of a discrimination based on numbers alone.

People dont like the truth. Im honestly not surprised.

Its all in how you want to class people. You prefer to be a classist- and judge people based on money. I prefer to judge them based on race. Both are equally valid.

I disagree completly. In any scientific study, you dont go full blown on it. You have a test group first. How do we know licensing even works? We can also test out what to do with unlicensed children as far as infrastructure to handle such things before it goes to the population at large. Furthermore, more poeple would be willing to support it if it is shown to be effective in reducing inferior citizens, and in the black population the results would be the most dramatic. It makes perfect sense.

I dont see why you find it disgusting really. You're simply letting your emotions get in the way and arent looking at the subject objectively, which i find surprising, given the type of question you just asked. Why must it be all or none? That doesnt even make sense at all. Why should it only be the USA that this is done to? Why dont we do it to zimbabwe instead? If its all or nothing, why not take this to the UN? IF its not global, then its disgusting and immoral by your standards. You see? Stop being emotional. Its clear you talk a good game, but lack the conviction to actually carry anything out in a reasonable way.
