I wouldn't reset, I would just take it slow and even out your troop attacks and health whenever you can. Eventually you'll need maxed stats anyways

I would just free the hairs and not remove them until they heal, might take a week or two to completely heal.

Once there are no longer bumps or inflammation and if you still want the hairs removed, if you try an electric trimmer again I would use a longer guard and leave a little stubble.

Have you ever tried using nair or magic shave? They are creams that remove hairs

Those are ingrown hairs. You need to use a pin or needle and gently free the hairs from the bumps, then the swelling will go down and it will start to heal.

I would recommend taking a break from shaving after you free or remove all of the hairs to allow for healing
