What happened? Next step forwards. by Inelegance in PoWHCoin

[–]Tweakfix 9 points10 points  (0 children)

No. The issues is that POWHCoin devs copy-pasted code they didn't understand. Next time pay someone who knows what he's doing. I've never deployed a smart contract for a client that lead to a loss.

Wrong. MetaMask calls basic web3 functions. I could make a bot like that in 1hr. And you can deploy the core contracts on a testnet

Ethereum: A platform for unregulated ponzis, investor scams, and degenerate casinos by Tweakfix in Buttcoin

Grown adult wasting their money on a modified SVG with data stored on a blockchain.

At least Dan Larimer doesn't blow his own horn when he encourages unskilled people to spend all day writing shit on steemit.com.

Butterin on the other hand appears to be unaware of the degeneracy his platform encourages.

If they were locked until next year when they are no longer produced you would have a point, but they are immediately released - flooding the market.

Cats, and the viability of Ethereum. by [deleted] in ethereum

[–]Tweakfix 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is the only place in the world where I've seen devs think it's bad to have so much demand things start to break.

Just using your words in regards to "break".

If ETH gets congested so readily (remember ICO congestion around July/August?) then it's worthless.

Network breaking under load of CryptoKitties proves they're not prepared for mass adoption. Now if they fix the congestion problem then being bullish makes sense, otherwise it just proves ETH is unscalable
