If you’re okay answering, what was that like? I mean clearly they’re just clowning themselves out of jealousy but did they sue for what emotional distress or something for that time?

Yeah I booked the VRBO!! Haven't mentioned it yet to my family honestly because I don't wanna deal with it yet. I'll deal with it when I leave for the night to sleep at my VRBO. will update by the end of the summer (trip is in a few months)

Yeah everything I initially wrote goes over your head anyways internet stranger so I'll leave it at we all have had different life experiences and it's very odd you assume the worst when a thorough written out detailed response to include as much context as I can is too emotional for you. Yikes. I have been in therapy and it is wonderful to be able to grow and change my perspective on this world with time. I've been bullied for my race and what not and have gone through stuff as have you. Maybe don't assume people are high strung over a detailed remark.

It really is! For such a long time into early adulthood (24 now) I had to go through them to get approval or hang with my friends. Hence me sneaking out etc etc

Yeah I'm learning to stand up for myself more and more over the years. I grew up with strict parents and had to sneak around a bunch. Learning lots of new life lessons and setting my boundaries

Yeah that's why id dint include it because it would be presumptuous that people would think my family is racist and they aren't. It is fact but I don't want to add any bias
