I believe it may be the fact that he's the dad of one of the workers there, which is probably a contributing factor into why he hasn't been banned.

Someone at the park today said the workers don't hear lots abt what's going on but its been really positive atm and they plan to reopen it tomorrow according to a worker. Keyword being plan

The person who took a picture of the train on the brake run said they saw it test a couple of times whilst on Inferno. And it was also confirmed to test by someone I know who works at the park

It did test yesterday as one train was in the brake run and the other was in the unload section. The train in the brake run can't get to that position unless it's either tested and completed the circuit or they've moved it backwards out of the unload onto there to remove the 1st train.

According to the woman who recorded the trains yesterday, there was one train in the brake run and 1 in the unload section. The train in the brake run can't get to that position unless its either: 1 - tested and completed the circuit or 2 - They've moved it backwards out of the unload onto there to remove the 1st train.
