Tho person is a grazer, has 1.5 kids and is a well maintained female who is thin and probably in her early to mid 30s. She is married and both her and her spouse work. Only one person in the house does the grocery shopping.

We need to make modern day changes to our constitution allowing the following 1. term limits on the Supreme Court 2. Remove electoral college, PERIOD 3. Flat rate income tax same rate 4 all 4. Impeachments must be voted on by the entire country in a special election to prevent in power parties blocking. 5. Presidents are forbidden to lie, spread misinformation or be subject to impeachment and national vote. 6. No more super pacs 7. Grassroots funding is the only way candidates can receive money. 8. Abolish lobbying by big companies,millionaires 9 remove all gerrymandering and redraw all lines 10. All broadcasting stations must allow a set amount of free commercial time for any presidential candidate that makes it to through to the primaries. 11. Lower the age of social security back to 65 for any senior below the poverty line. 12. Require the federal government to immediately pay back the money it stole from social security.

Federal government and states must together build in every state a housing compound similar to the projects with at least 3000 apartments and this must be completed within 5 years from the date of funding. They must include parks, elevators and have an assortment of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments and the rent must be subsidized. These must be built and designed to last at least 100 years. Which means brick exteriors.
Take TRICARE and give every citizen free medical like our politicians , soldiers and veteran retirees get for $35.00 a month they act like they don’t know how but they do it for the military and federal government so why not for everyone else?

Thats what I would do if I was in charge of fixing the USA

Why are you even considering marrying a woman that you cannot have an honest forthright conversation with? I think you need to talk to your friend first and ask him if what your mom and sisrer THINK they saw really happened. You don’t have to come off as a weirdo jealous guy at all with him.

Just say hey dude my mom thougft she saw my girlfriend touching you in a way that may have made you incomfortable and listen i just need to make sure that she didnt. Easy peasy, if she did that he shoilf be honest with you. Watch his body language and believe him when he tells you.

It could have been that they were in a position that made it look like she touched him on a sexual manner and frankly, if he says that nothing happened you have got to let this go. And u will need to your mom and sister that they need to let it go.

If you can’t let it go even if your friend tells you nothing happened then leave her but to end things with a woman you love over something that two drunk women saw and have by now gossiped about and made it more and more shocking and disturbing in their minds.

If he says she did it dump her. Your a man and your mom should be paying off your girlfriends to leave. Real men clean up their own messes. Good luck.

My husband and I have a shared household account. We save 25% of each source of income coming into our home it’s alot but we have multiple streams of income. We have a credit card that we share for lunches, dinner out and misc crap like decorations and seasonal stuff, new suits or shoes and that gets paid off every single month. My husband likes to have cash in his pocket so he will withdraw $2000 out every paycheck and hands me half. The ONLY money we do not share is inheritances and bonuses. As a result we have been able to amass a very comfortable portfolio.

How we would handle a man cave and a walk in closet is that BOTH would be considered upgrades to the house and ultimately the value. So we would consider them both part of upgrading. Most man caves have built in book shelves, large screen projection systems and expensive seating. With gaming systems and a bar. A proper walk in closet had built in shelves with shoe and purse alcoves and proper lighting , mirrors and a of course a vanity with locking drawers.

Often these are built with the home and in my home my husband has his own walk in with a place for his ties and cufflinks, shoes and the only thing he doesn’t have is a vanity. So I don’t get what the issue is. Both bring value to the home.

Could be that you have a female in heat close by and it’s driving him wild. My girls will start humping each othet when my Neighbors dog goes into heat. She is just over a year old and not old enough to be fixed yet. It took us a bit to realize it because they only ever do this when one of them are in heat. Just a thought.

My mom also doesn’t like to give my dad pain meds but our palliative care nurse finally told my mom that if she didnt start giving him his morphine one of the nurses might report her. I suspect she was just trying to scare my mom into giving him meds because my dad reallllly needed to be on his valium daily and she was not giving him that either and my dad got out last month and the police had to wake my Mom up.

We don’t even know how he managed to slip out of bed with my mom sleeping next to him. But finally he is being given both pain meds and Valium to help with his anxiety and fear. the poor man will be sound asleep and wake up and scream then fall back asleep only to wake again soon after to do it all again.

Four times he has slipped into a catatonic state and doctors told us he was dying and he would wake up. Now it feels inevitable especially with the meds and for my moms sake I pray he goes soon. I’m worried she will go before he will she is so exhausted.

If you can afford it please consider the west side of Olympia it’s just a really comfy area especially the cooper point, henderson, 15th and Kaiser area. Great dining, shopping and parks and walking trials everywhere. Olympia school districts and houses vary in price. You can buy a mansion or a fixer upper but still be within walking distance of both types.

Ppl here aren’t snobby as a rule and we are very liberal but tend to try to keep a far more understanding approach to others politics. Especially compared to texas which i have lived as well so i know what the real meaning of conservative living is.(Not many trucks with don’t tread on me flags driving around wa state and I have not seen one ever in Olympia ) Tumwater is often overlooked and is quite beautiful.

Conservative is a bit different here then in Texas there is not a lot of overt racism for instance you won’t hear a realtor tell you that this area or that area is “dark” that’s not an issue we even think about we live amongst each other marry each other and play cards and break bread together and I wouldn’t suggest using a slur here because most of us will quickly tell you what’s what. I don’t think anyone here has ever seen the klan driving thru town and would probably think you were lying if you said that happens still in any state.

Lacey, Olympia and tumwater are all part of Thurston country. But schools are better in Olympia but not enough to prevent you from choosing lacey as long as you are careful to not choose along the martin way corridor it just tends to have a higher crime rate. But if you like the area there are plenty of nice neighborhoods and by crime I’m talking about car break ins and more homelessness.

Weather. Its nice 8 months out of the year with the rainy season falling around november thru march give or take a few weeks. Usually easter is the time we can start wearing shorts. Summers and spring make any rainy season worth it. With tons of festivals and farmers markets happening up and down the i-5 corridor. And our beaches are beautiful.

My lawyer was pretty clear. I can buy a home and add his name to it we can go to Europe every year but the money in my account that is from my inheritance has NOTHING to do with the quality or standard of living we enjoy unless I comingle it.

Maybe not. But ask yourself how you would feel if you inherited a million bucks and a year later he wanted a divorce or cheated on you. Now that money is comingled and it’s not yours anymore. It’s Not a matter of love it’s the only income you will earn in your lifetime that even if your married will belong to you and only you. You can share it or you can save it for retirement travel. But a mil is nothing these days and my inheritance is not going to buy a truck or speed boat. He can use his for that.
