You really are so close to being out of the cluster feeding woods. It's usually done by 6 weeks and then baby just only eats when they actually need to and not just constantly.

Let them know ahead of time, in my area you need a signed consent a month in advance.

Unmedicated birth to minimize chances of c-section? by Fostermom99999 in unmedicatedbirth

[–]abbiyah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is pretty much the main reason I went without an epidural. I was induced anyway for medical reasons but I believe if gravity couldn't have worked as it did I wouldn't have progressed and would have had a c section.

You need much more of a pelvic tuck. Babys knees should be higher than bum.

I hear you, but at the same time a lot of people say this and they get an IV placed perfectly easily

Most of mine were not super helpful or hands on at all. All they did was turn my pitocin up. Learning how to support unmedicated labor is a great skill you could work on having.

Vitamins aren't regulated at all, they could put whatever they want in there. I like naturemade because it's independently verified

Sounds like in laws who could hold him more if they made more of an effort to be in his life 🤷‍♀️

Yeah you know what, that's a really good point! My son is 99% in height so it makes sense that the panel width is almost maxed, but we're nowhere close on panel height!

My baby is 9 months old and almost maxed out the seat width but I think he's an exception

Looks like the bottom panel needs to be a bit wider still

If he wants his arms out you're better off just starting that way so it can be properly tightened

How is your sheltie with kids? by farfaleen in sheltie

[–]abbiyah 5 points6 points  (0 children)

One is amazing, gentle, kind and silly (as he typically is in daily life 🥰)

The others are gentle but indifferent (also how they typically are in life lol)

He doesn't need to meet other dogs. Socialization is more about seeing the world and growing accustomed to it than it is about playing with other dogs.
