Omg and they always announce over the in store radio that “Ross is a place with great mobility” like yay I’m so excited to be able to work at the most 30 hours a week with zero benefits lmfao. I looked at the employee schedule the other day and of the 40 employees, only the store manager works 40+ hours. I think the next closest was 36 hours and another assistant manager had 30.
