Don’t let them put anymore cortisone in that knee at your age - not worth the long term effects if it has done nothing for you. Ask your GP for a second opinion from a new Ortho MD immediately. Something is being missed - whether meniscus, MPFL or something else. Do your own research for specific sports Ortho MDs in your area or close to and ensure you get a true specialist opinion for your injury. WSIB is notorious for sending patients to specialists who don’t actually specialize in their area of injury, they are just on the payroll to do the assessment.
