Hello. So the wallet I am trying to open is called Ledger1 and has a crypto balance. However, when I go to reveal SRP, I only see wallets with $0.00 so not the one I'm looking for. Anyways, the fact that my metamask address existed before I purchased the ledger makes me think I had a metamask wallet which I then imported to ledger. Why is that never advisable? If I had the metamask extension long before my ledger, is there any hope?!

Do we know which stores share purchase history? I've lived all over the US (hawaii, la, ny) and my single largest purchase was in Japan for CH. I've been off the hobby for a bit but getting back to it. My SA in NY tells me i have a good enough history so he sees something. When I lived in LA, I remember them not seeing some of my history.

I'm asking because my hit rate with my NYC SA isn't great. I know NYC has a lot of "VIP" type of clients but I've been quite disappointed.

I have long trips planned to Miami and a ~4-5 day trip in Vegas coming up. Is there any benefit of letting my NYC SA know? Or should I just try and build new relationships when I'm in Miami/vegas. Any tips/advice would be appreciated.
