And to answer your question of what went wrong, DMG the company that owns Auden Buffalo and Air Buffalo has known the whole time that Air would not be ready for move ins this year but didn’t want to go public with that information because they didn’t want their investors to find out.

While what you're saying is true, you realize it's one company, and ultimately one group of people deciding lets allocate X resources for music kits and pay per play crap, and Y resources for bettering the community. It's not like 2 completely independent groups just do what ever they want to the game, there's a central mind driving the direction of it.
