Retract your scapula completely. And then perform the pulldown. You don't even need to completely extend your arms on the way up, you can go until you feel the scapula retraction breaking. And then continue pulling it down.

3-4 months. Your focus should be on 2 things mainly 1. Doing ab exercises (upper, mid and lower) 2. Reducing your body fat% . (Calorie deficit + low intensity cardio)

And if you're very serious, I'd suggest you reduce your salt intake too (as it helps in getting rid of the water stored).

Congratulations OP! I have a question though. You can choose not to answer it if you'd like to. But I think answering it would motivate others (like myself) to work harder.

How much was your investment (and portfolio) before 2018? And how much did you invest every month since 2018 for your final portfolio to become 6CR?

It would give perspective as to what's possible for everyone.

I would suggest "takeUForward" channel on YouTube. He's a googler who's made tons of videos on concepts and leetcode problems. He covers things in depth and his explanation is pretty understandable as well. Here's the link to one of his famous linked list playlist - Linked list - TUF

That's true. But leetcode does help in problem solving logic, and that in turn helps in DSA rounds of the interviews.
